Vintage Brunch

That sounds nice, doesn't it?  Vintage brunch?  I'd like to attend one.. or throw one.. maybe in an alternate universe where I have lots of time to spend on planning parties for myself and not my sweet one-year-old.  I'm up to my eyeballs this week in first birthday planning, so a vintage brunch sounds like an amazing escape.  Someday..

In the spirit of vintage brunch, I wanted to share some vintage Oven Love posts.  These are all dishes that I'd serve at brunch.  I love these dishes because they're perfect for any time of day and almost any occasion.  Enjoy the amateur food banter and questionable photography!

Asparagus Gruyere Tart
this is one of my favorites to serve company. easy to throw together and so impressive!

Banana Muffins
you saw these recently, but they're great! add these to your next brunch spread.

a quiche recipe with an amazing crust, winter or not.  feel free to sub in any seasonal veggies.

Quick and Flaky Buttermilk Biscuits
perfect with butter and jam or with gravy.

love these! use your favorite tea or coffee.

this will stick. to. your. ribs.  do something active after you eat this one!

very sweet, but worth the splurge.  love this one!

i always make this for my dad- he's a cheese danish hoarder and cant' get enough. try them and you'll find out why.

Goat Cheese and Thyme Souffle
give this one a try if you wanna get a little fancy.

Much more brunch to come this month.  Loosen your belts.
I make no promises about posting this week, though.. get ready for a recap of the first birthday cuteness after the weekend.  You're going to love it!
